She/They

Adolescence and young adulthood are periods marked by incredible potential and possibility. Working with adolescents and young adults as they create and assert their identities is a privilege. As a therapist working with this population, Em strives to create a safe environment for their clients to navigate this intense stage while challenging them to grow as individuals. Additionally, Em believes in incorporating family work into the therapeutic journey wherever it is feasible to do so, focusing on ways in which families can find healing as separate members and as a system.

Em is a licensed social worker who received their master’s degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and is working under the supervision of Mark Ludwig, LMFT, CAADC at Bucks Support Services. Their areas of focus are LGBTQ+ issues, identity formation, post-traumatic growth, and self-image. They strive to bring creativity and humor to the therapeutic space wherever possible. Their practice is based in somatic work, trauma theory, and queer theory.
